St. Petersburg is my birthplace. My life is deeply connected to this amazing city and the sea. I hold a master degree in naval engineering.

My professional carrier early turned to sales and marketing. Most of my sales experience is connected to sales of complex products to B2B customers such as shipyards, OEMs and fleet owners. Initially I was responsible to create an aftermarket structure and I succeeded to build up a sustainable and competitive dealer network.

Then I grew and was made the country manager for Russia. I sharpened my strategy knowledge, learnt to draw budgets and never stopped perfecting my leadership skills. In my International management team I gained plenty experience in working with different cultures. As I’m part of an innovative company, I don’t shy away from changes and I’m addicted to reflect the ones happening. If I may drive them, the outcome is mostly successful.

Currently I am located in Gothenburg, Sweden. Another nice city connected to the sea. Here I help to transform my favorite company from Product focused organization to Service provider. Servitization journey will be challenging but exciting. Touching both corporate culture and new technologies.
